This helps us lower costs for you and us, allowing us to provide you a seamless and cost-effective experience, even free shipping to your location or destined pickup center.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
RAI provides both standard and express delivery options. We aim to deliver your items as soon as practically possible, and in any case, within thirty (30) business days following the acceptance of your order. Typically, products are expected to be delivered within 4 to 7 days after dispatch for standard cross-border shipping and 12 to 20 days for standard international shipping (depending on the destination). Orders placed for express delivery are anticipated to arrive 1 to 3 days sooner than standard delivery (unless delays arise from the exceptional circumstances mentioned below).

If your order is placed after 2:00pm (UTC+08:00) on a Saturday or at any time on a Sunday or observed holiday, we will only start processing your order during regular business hours on the following business day in Hong Kong SAR.
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number.

Complimentary free shipping is available exclusively for standard delivery.

Holidays and sales events may face increased shipping volumes and slower processing.

For deliveries to remote locations or during inclement weather, the delivery duration may also be prolonged.

In instances where our delivery is postponed due to factors outside our control, we will inform you promptly and take measures to mitigate the effect of the delay. Although we are not accountable for delays arising from such circumstances, if the delay is likely to cause significant inconvenience, you may cancel the contract and obtain a refund for any products you have already paid for but not received.
We collaborate closely with our courier partners to lessen the impact of delays on our international customers. However, we do not take responsibility for any delays related to customs clearance.
If no one is present at your specified delivery address to accept the products, and/or if the items are unsuitable for delivery through your letterbox, you are required to select the pickup delivery option before placing your order. Extra charges will apply for prolonged storage beyond the timeframe specified by the courier services.
If your package goes missing or is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
We do not send shipments to freight forwarding locations or PO Boxes. A residential or business address is required to be provided for delivery. Otherwise, please utilize our pickup delivery option.
Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel any order at no cost and without justification within twenty (20) minutes of placing the order. Please be aware that we initiate order processing at our online store almost immediately.
Orders that are labeled “Pending” or “On Hold” cannot be canceled. If you do not cancel an order within the twenty (20) minutes timeframe, the product(s) will be delivered, and you may return them based on the return procedure outlined in our Return Policy.
Unless otherwise specified in our online store (e.g., indicated as “Final Sale”), you can return your purchase according to the return policy specified in the RAI online store, accessible at raiinteractive.com/returns.
You have the right to return products within seven (7) calendar days after delivery if they are defective or do not match your order upon receipt.
