Purchasing Products
The acquisition of any RAI brand products (“Products”) available on the www.raiinteractive.com website (“Site”) is governed by these terms and conditions of sale for the Site (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). The Products are strictly meant for sale to end consumers, whether individuals or companies. As a result, you affirm that by using the Site and/or purchasing any Product on the Site, you are acting as the end consumer and agree not to, and do not intend to, resell the Products for commercial or any other purposes.
RAI may modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, and visitors to the Site are considered to be aware of, and bound by, any such updates to these Terms and Conditions of Sale once the revised Terms and Conditions of Sale are posted on the Site.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of entering the sales contract are those which you are obligated to follow. Furthermore, for each purchase of Products on the Site, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of your order. These terms and conditions can be reviewed before and at the moment you are prompted to confirm your acceptance. To indicate your agreement, you must check the box stating, “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service of the Site, as well as the Privacy Policy.”
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Products must be returned within seven (7) calendar days after delivery in their original, undamaged, unopened and unused condition, with the original sales receipt, certificates, all tags, all packaging seals intact and all gifts (if any).
Products should not have been utilized and must not be worn, altered, washed, stained, or damaged.
Any items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Sale” are not eligible for returns.
Gift cards, downloadable items and software are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each product can only be returned or exchanged once; exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
RAI reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the Product’s condition for return or exchange at its sole discretion.
Return Procedures
Return requests will be processed only after you submit your RAI purchase list and adhere to the following procedures:

Hop/Log into your account, select “Order History”, locate your order, and click on “Request Refund.”

Follow the provided instructions to select the Product you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.

Ship your returned Product(s) to the address given by our Customer Service. You will be responsible for the cost of delivery when returning the Product(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A refund will be granted if the Product(s) are in acceptable condition and you have adhered to the Terms and Conditions in full.
Refund
We aim to process refunds promptly within fifteen (15) business days (the actual time it takes to receive your reimbursement may differ based on the bank’s processing). This is applicable once your returned item(s) have arrived at our warehouse, in line with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and will be credited to the original payment account used for purchasing the relevant products. Under no circumstances will you be issued any credit notes.
Please be aware that your bank may require up to ten (10) business days to process a refund to your card, depending on their processing times. This duration may vary by card issuer; we have no influence over this timeframe or the accompanying processing durations. RAI cannot speed up the refund process in such instances. Regardless, you will not incur any fees due to the reimbursement, but we may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of returning the item, whichever comes first.
Defective Products
Our objective is for every item to be delivered in perfect condition, and we aim for you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is flawed or damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Service right away for help.

We hold the right to decline returns if Products have been used or modified.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and under the same conditions that applied at the time of purchase. Discounts, coupons, shipping costs, etc., will not be refunded.

Returns will not be accepted if product labels have been removed, damaged, or lost. If any items arrive without their corresponding tags or certificates, please inform our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving them.

You are accountable for the condition of the goods until they reach us. Please make sure that items are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. RAI is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Products while they are in transit. If returned products are lost or damaged during shipping, you may need to compensate RAI for such loss or damage, and a refund might not be granted.

We are not liable for any items that are mistakenly sent back to us. If we find such items and you request them to be returned, we may ask you to cover the related delivery cost.

We cannot assure that colors displayed on the Site will accurately represent the actual product. This partly depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

We may ask for proof of defects for returns related to quality issues.
