By becoming a member of the program, you agree to adhere to its Terms. Please be aware that we retain the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time, with or without prior notification. Any modifications to the program will be updated in these terms and conditions.
Eligibility and Membership
Joining the Hopstronauts Club is available to those who are 18 years or older and possess a valid email address. Participation is limited to one account per person, and all accounts must contain accurate and current information. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of RAI Interactive Limited cannot take part in the program.
To become a member, simply visit our website and fill out the registration form. Membership is at no cost, and by signing up, you agree to receive communications related to the program, including updates on your RAI Points balance, special promotions, and exclusive deals.
Earning RAI Points
As a participant in the Hopstronauts Club, you can accumulate RAI Points through various activities. The primary way to earn Points is by making eligible purchases, with the amount of Points depending on your membership level. For instance, Fluffy Beginners get 1 Point for every HKD1 they spend, while Stellar Hoppers receive 2 Points per HKD1, and so on. Points are determined based on the purchase subtotal after applying discounts but before adding taxes, shipping costs, or gift card transactions.
You can also earn Points by referring friends and family to the program. When someone uses your unique referral link to join the Hopstronauts Club and completes their first purchase, you will earn a referral Points bonus, and your friend will get a welcome bonus as well. There is no maximum number of referrals you can make, but all referrals must adhere to program guidelines, and any fraudulent referrals may lead to account suspension.
In addition to purchases and referrals, members have the opportunity to earn bonus Points during special promotions such as double-point days or seasonal campaigns. Details of these opportunities will be announced through email or on our website. Certain membership tiers might also be eligible for birthday bonuses, so please ensure your account shows your correct date of birth to benefit from this offer.
Redeeming RAI Points
You can redeem your RAI Points for a wide range of rewards, including discounts on future purchases, complimentary shipping, and exclusive products. Options for redemption and the Point requirements are detailed in the “Redeem Rewards” section of our website and are subject to availability.
Members can also use Points to eliminate shipping fees on qualifying orders, allowing you to enjoy your Bunnyverse treasures more effortlessly. All redemption requests are final and cannot be refunded, and RAI Points cannot be converted to cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Membership Levels
The Hopstronauts Club operates with a tiered system that rewards members based on their activity and engagement. Your membership tier is determined by your total spending or Points earned, and each tier provides access to more benefits. Starting as a Fluffy Beginner, you can advance to higher tiers such as Stellar Hopper, Lunar Explorer, and more.
Tier upgrades occur automatically once you meet the required thresholds, and your benefits will adjust accordingly. Each tier offers distinct advantages, including increased rates for earning Points, exclusive rewards, and special privileges. Managing Your Account
Membership can log/hop into their accounts at www.raiinteractive.com to check their RAI Points balance, tier status, and available rewards. It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is accurate, including your email address and other personal details. If you suspect an error in your Points balance, you need to inform us within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction.
Complimentary Gifts, Birthday Treats, and Benefits
As a member of the Hopstronauts Club, you might receive complimentary gifts, birthday surprises, or other exclusive perks as a part of your membership. These items are given as a token of gratitude and are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable under any circumstances.

Program Modifications and Termination
